At Broadcast Equipment Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality broadcast equipment components and professional technical services. Due to the specialized nature of the products and services we offer, all exchanges and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

For equipment sales, new items may be eligible for exchange within seven (7) days of delivery if the item is found to be defective or not functioning as specified. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty terms, and special-order or custom-sourced equipment is non-refundable. The company reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to approving any exchange or refund.

For repair services, all work performed is covered by a limited service warranty of thirty (30) days, which applies only to the specific fault that was diagnosed and repaired. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, damage caused by misuse, electrical issues, environmental factors, or third-party interference. Diagnostic fees, consultation fees and service call charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether repairs are ultimately approved by the client.

For installation and labour services, once work has commenced, all labour charges are non-refundable. Any concerns or issues related to installation must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion to allow for assessment and corrective action where applicable.

The company does not provide refunds for services already rendered or for equipment that has been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery. All refund or exchange requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
