Cancellation Policy

All service appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the company prior to commencement of work. Bookings may be made through our website, email, or telephone and are considered confirmed only when acknowledged by the company. The company reserves the right to request a deposit for certain services, including major repairs, installations, or projects requiring specialized equipment or extended time on site. Clients are required to provide accurate contact information and sufficient details regarding the nature of the service request to allow for proper scheduling and preparation. Any changes to booking details must be communicated as soon as possible to avoid delays or service disruption. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including equipment issues, emergencies, or adverse conditions, in which case clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Where applicable, a waitlist may be maintained for fully booked service periods. Clients placed on the waitlist will be contacted in the order received should an appointment become available. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee service and is subject to availability and scheduling constraints. The company reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if inaccurate information is provided, if access to the service location is not available at the agreed time, or if working conditions are deemed unsafe.
